Harassment still exists?A BIG question for OUR generation.????

We are titled to live in 21st century where awareness in highly monetized and issues are often highlighted.
A society has formed around us which claims to be more witty, educated and prosper than the previous generation.

However, a silent termite has always found its way to be present in our society and within our common people as SEXUAL HARASSMENT.

Sexual harassment has become a sensitive topic that people feel not to talk about openly as it would make them and their families 'impure' in the eyes of society, hence provoking the beast inside a man to indulge in activities to promote this without much guilt.

Unfortunately,we live in a society where females get blamed for all the misdeeds done and yet again leave the male breed, making them expanding themselves with pride rather than having regret.

Nearly 93% of women around the World  go through sexual harassment in their daily life.Out of this 80% of women facing this problem belong to South Asia mainly Pakistan.

It originated as early when discrimination occured during wars between the Black and White Americans. But it was over when education prevailed and equals rights started to give in.

But now, in claimed Educated era people wont stop this and would continue with this dreadful deed which is also stated clearly as a violation to Human Rights.

Either during jobs, with co-workers,or in their daily life while travelling or shopping etc.
Sexual Harassment has risen so much that even the young and little girls are not even forbidden by beast inside males.

If only women teach their boys to respect the female community rather than distinguishing them (boys) as superior to girls, this problem would also exit from Pakistan soon.

Another factor that flourishes this problem is that families dont allow girls to educate themselves and are held back in seeking strong careers because families have thought them up as 'temporary member' in their house and investing in them would go un noticed.

Although awareness is being created now a days but a large mass is still yet to be taught...

In regards to this, I would to like to appreciate Kachee Goliyan for introducing comic series to create awareness among the people about sexual harassment.
Here is a sample of their excellent efforts.

My plea to all females reading this post is STOP TOLERATING AND START SPEAKING not only for you self but for your next generation.\!!!!

And for males..... AWARE OTHERS TO CONTROL THEIR BEAST!!!

Heat Stroke Hits Karachi !!

Ramadan Mubarak to my fellow brothers and sisters!! This post is rather a sad one to announce about my city.. With a heavy heart, I write this post about the heat stroke that surrounds Karachi. Karachi! It is a city known as "The City of lights" on account of its high life and people that reside in this particular city. It could be correct as well if I refer "was" in context to it being city of lights. Heat Stroke basically happens to a person if the body temperature rises  above 105 F. The recent heat wave has taken away 700 lives and many more are at stake, Each day, each hour a person gets admitted to hospital as a result of heat stroke. At this situation, what can I, a normal resident do? This situation can happen at any city and one must always be prepared for it. Starting off, there are some prevention needed to be taken in order to safe yourself *Stay Hydrated *Avoid Fast Foods *Have minimal sun exposure *Keep yourself cool constantly via a f...

Asia Cup 2014:Pakistan vs India

Ok so yesterday that is on 2nd March 2014, aired the most exciting and thrilling match for cricket lovers. India vs Pakistan  You never know who will win the match that makes this match all too exciting. India had given target of 245 to Pakistan which had although seemed distant but was yet accomplished. The game plan did flip flops in the last five overs when Pakistan was at strike. After the catch out of Umer Gul, the match had seemed quite out of grip. Later Saeed Ajmal went out developing pressure on Pakistani team. It was all on the shoulders of Shahid Afridi which he not only suceeded but also did it quite remarkably with his last and amazing match winning six. One thing interesting is that such scenario between India and Pakistan had also occurred once during the Sharjah cup back in 1985/86 with only one wicket remaining. At that time,Javaid Miandad had hit the match winning sixer and now it was Shahid Khan Afridi. There is indeed similarity in the two Asia c...
